How to Register
1. Fill out the registration form. Get it to us.
You can do this several ways:
print the form, fill it out and send it in by ground mail
fill it out, take a picture with your phone and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
hand write us a letter
any other creative way by mail or electronics, as long as we receive the information requested on the registration form
2. Send us your payment.
The Northwest Writers' Weekend is $400. Register by September 15th for only $380. This includes program, room and board. Scholarships are available.
Your registration will be complete when we receive your deposit of $100 USD. ($75 is refundable until September 30th.) Just send it along with your registration.
We will also gladly accept payment in full, but only the deposit is required with your registration. The balance is due when you arrive at camp.

Some banks will send a check directly for you. Check with your bank to see if this is a service they offer.
*We do not accept credit cards as they end up costing us so much in fees. This is one of the ways we can keep the cost of camp affordable so that more writers can attend.
3. You did it!
As soon as we receive both your registration form and your deposit check, we will send you confirmation of registration and all kinds of good information about the camp!
